Has more than 40 years' experience in the real estate sector. Mr. Biback worked at Cadillac Fairview Corporation in a variety of executive positions over a period of more than 18 years, including Executive V.P. Development and Chief Operating Officer.
In 1997, he was appointed President of First Professional Management Inc., and he co-founded Beacon Group Real Estate Services, a development and asset management consulting firm in 1998 and Slate Properties Inc., a private equity real estate investment firm in 2005. He currently is involved in his private equity real estate investment and development firm, Bibz Investments Limited., He also serves as President of Glen CORR Management INC, a private real estate management company.
Karen Hodge CPM®
Senior Vice President
Karen joined the company in 1995 after a seven year career in commercial Property Management with Truscan Realty (a division of Canada Trust ) and Oxford Properties. She has more than 30 years in Commercial Property Management. In 1999 she obtained her Certified Property Manager designation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada. After several promotions she is now Senior Vice President for Glen CORR. Karen has simultaneously held several executive positions on the National Board of the Real Estate Institute of Canada as well as a Senior Vice President position with the Institute of Real Estate Management Executive Committee.
Jonathan Biback has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, working with Cadillac Fairview Corporation where he held a variety of positions over a period of more than 4 years, including Special Projects Assistant and Specialty Leasing Manager. In 2009, Jon joined Glengate Investments Inc., and became the Director or Leasing and Operations. In 2014 he joined Skyline Commercial Management as a Portfolio Manager and managed over 45 properties, totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet of retail space. In March of 2016 Jon rejoined Glengate Investments Inc. as Vice President and in January 2019 joined Glen CORR Property Management as Vice President. Jonathan holds a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation as well as a Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Nancy and her staff of three accounting/administrative professionals are responsible for a wide range of administrative and accounting services for the Glen CORR portfolio of approximately 200 tenants in more than 1.8 million square feet. She joined ICORR in 2002 with more than 22 years experience in property management with Truscan Realty (a division of Canada Trust) and Oxford Properties.
Alicia joined Glen CORR in May 2011. In her role as Property Accountant, she handles accounting for a portfolio of properties across Ontario. Previous to working for Glen CORR, Alicia was an Operations Manager at a hotel where she was responsible for the day to day operations and accounting.
Accounting Clerk/Admin Assistant
Amanda joined Glen CORR in December 2018. In her role as Accounting Clerk/Admin Assistant, she handles accounting/admin supporting functions for the various portfolio of properties Glen CORR holds across Ontario. Previous to working for Glen CORR, Amanda worked as Specialized Accounts Payable Officer for TD Canada Trust. She was responsible for payment operations, account reconciliation and general accounting for TD Bank’s Global Operations, largely supporting the Accounts Payable processes for TD partner teams in the UK and in Singapore. Amanda upholds a keen interest in accounting processes, with a strong admin background.
Lisa Adams joined Glen CORR in April 2000 as Administrative Assistant. Her job history includes Canada Trust, NASCET (a stroke study) & CityTV. She has enjoyed numerous years with Glen CORR in a job that is never the same twice. Lisa brings a varied skill set that includes document preparation, facilities, accounting & reception duties.
Manager of Facilities and Operations
Dave joined Glen CORR in November 2016. As a Facilities and Operations Manager he is responsible for the planning, organizing and directing the facilities team ensuring that the portfolio of properties are managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner providing the highest level of curb appeal and operational efficiency for Glen CORR’s tenants. Previous positions include Facilities Advisor, Residential Maintenance Technician and several years in the manufacturing industry.
Commercial Building Operations Supervisor
Alan is a commercial building Operations Supervisor, who works with tenants of Station Park to provide a clean, safe, & secure complex. After spending nearly, a decade working with both private and public Property Management companies, Alan believes the first impression is a lasting one. From the parking lot to the top floor Alan works diligently to provide grounds that welcome clients and tenants to the area. Alan holds a Diploma in Banking & Wealth Management from Sheridan College and is pursuing a Certificate as a Building Environmental Systems Operator.
Tim joined Glen CORR in April 2019. As a Facilities Advisor he is responsible for managing the maintenance, safety and environmental aspects to several properties in the portfolio. Previous positions include Facilities Supervisor, Administrative Supervisor and several years as a Painting Contractor.
