Jonathan Biback has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, working with Cadillac Fairview Corporation where he held a variety of positions over a period of more than 4 years, including Special Projects Assistant and Specialty Leasing Manager. In 2009, Jon joined Glengate Investments Inc., and became the Director of Leasing and Operations. In 2014 he joined Skyline Commercial Management as a Portfolio Manager and managed over 45 properties, totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet of retail space. In March of 2016 Jon rejoined Glengate Investments Inc. as Vice President and in January 2019 joined Glen CORR Property Management as Vice President. Jonathan holds a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation as well as a Certified Shopping Center Management (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Kristin joined the team in April 2022 bringing with her over a dozen years in the commercial real estate industry. Her career began in administration of a development company where she quickly became involved in all aspects of commercial development, from site selection through construction to leasing and property management. She transitioned into the brokerage world at Colliers International successfully brokering purchase and sales agreements but focusing her business on office, retail, and industrial leasing. Sifton Properties was the next step in her journey where she took on the leasing of a million square foot portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth of each property. Her network within the local and national industry runs deep, being one of two founding partners of The League of Extraordinary Women in Commercial Real Estate, a London based networking group of women whose primary business is commercial real estate. Additionally, she has sat on multiple board of directors for local charities.

In her current role as Director of Financial Services, Alicia leads the team that handles both property and asset management accounting for the Glen CORR portfolio across Canada. Alicia joined Glen CORR in May 2011 as a Property Accountant for a portfolio of properties, where she acquired knowledge of the industry and became proficient in financial reporting for commercial properties. Previous to working for Glen CORR, Alicia was an Operation Manager in the hospitality industry where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations, accounting, and payroll. Alicia graduated with Honours from Westervelt College in Hotel, Restaurant and Casino Management prior to her employment in the hospitality industry.

Ryan Parker has joined our team in the position of Director of Facilities and Operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Facilities and Construction Project Management from his diverse career background of over 15 years. Starting with PetSmart Canada in 2007 as Project Manager of New Stores and Remodels, Ryan quickly earned the respect of colleagues and industry counterparts as a hard working and detail-oriented professional which led to PetSmart promoting Ryan to Facilities Manager for Canada. Following his time with PetSmart, Ryan went on to become the Construction & Facility Manager for Prime Communications Canada, Rogers largest independent dealer in the Country. After much success in these roles, Ryan went on to become Facilities Manager for Sifton Properties in London ON in 2018 managing Preventative Maintenance programs and Capital Projects for a diverse portfolio including Retail, Commercial, Retirement Living Residences and Residential Rental Properties. Ryan is a proud husband and father to three children and an avid sports fan.

Tracy recently joined the team as a Property Accountant where she handles the portfolio of properties across Ontario. Prior to this position, she worked as a Tax assembler for a consulting firm and did bookkeeping for a research laboratory company and was in charge their daily accounting activities. She is a holder of a post graduate certificate in Professional Accounting from Fanshawe college.

Lisa Adams joined Glen CORR in April 2000 as Administrative Assistant.  Her job history includes Canada Trust, NASCET (a stroke study) & CityTV.  She has enjoyed numerous years with Glen CORR in a job that is never the same twice.  Lisa brings a varied skill set that includes document preparation, facilities, accounting & reception duties.

Tim joined Glen CORR in April 2019. As a Facilities Advisor he is responsible for managing the maintenance, safety and environmental aspects to several properties in the portfolio. Previous positions include Facilities Supervisor, Administrative Supervisor and several years as a Painting Contractor.

George is a commercial building Operations Supervisor, who works with the tenants of Station Park. His focus is to ensure a clean, safe and secure complex. George has worked in construction as well as industrial cleaning and delivery before going back to school to receive a Diploma in Political science from Huron University in London. During his time at university George owned and operated a success College Pro Window Franchise in both the Sarnia Lambton and London Areas.

Sara is a business finance graduate with several years of accounting experience within multiple industries. She joined Glen CORR in January 2021 as part of the accounting team and handles accounting for a portfolio of properties across Ontario. Previously, Sara was working as a bookkeeper and office manager where she handled the day-to-day banking and operating activities of two local businesses

Karen joined the company in 1995 after a seven year career in commercial Property Management with Truscan Realty (a division of Canada Trust ) and Oxford Properties. She has more than 30 years in Commercial Property Management. In 1999 she obtained her Certified Property Manager designation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada. After several promotions she is now Senior Vice President for Glen CORR. Karen has simultaneously held several executive positions on the National Board of the Real Estate Institute of Canada as well as a Senior Vice President position with the Institute of Real Estate Management Executive Committee.
